Eligibility
Admission to Ex-MBA program required a candidate to have a Bachelor’s Degree of any statutory University or any other recognized Foreign University with 50 % aggregate marks & at least 3 year work experience in reputed organization.
Admission to a post-graduate diploma program required a candidate to have a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma of any statutory University 50 % aggregate marks or any other recognized Foreign University. Final year students awaiting their results can also apply.
Application Procedure
Candidates intending to apply to SCMHRD for its 30 month part-time non-residential Executive MBA program or any of its 12 month part-time non-residential diploma program, need to apply online on our website and pay the necessary application fee (Rs. 500 for Eecutive MBA program and Rs. 250 for diploma programs). Procedure for the same is as follows -
Candidates are required to register on SCMHRD’s website (Click here to Register). On registering successfully, candidates will be alloted a Security Identification ID (SID) Key on screen as well as by email using which they can login to the admissions website. The SID key will uniquely identify the candidate and will have to be specified for all communications with the institute.
On receipt of SID Key, candidates can login to the SCMHRD Admissions Website and make a payment of the applicable fee towards application. The payment can be made in one of the following modes -
* Online using Credit Card / Debit Card on SCMHRD’s website
* By sending a demand draft amounting the applicable application fee in favour of ‘Director, Symbiosis Centre for Mgmt. & HRD’ payable at Pune, along with your SID Key, name, address, phone nos. and e-mail id mentioned behind your DD.
* Over the counter at SCMHRD’s Admissions Office
Selection Procedure
All applied candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. They will be informed about their schedule fo GD and PI by email. The GDs and PIs are assessed on the basis of a Competency Framework designed each year for SCMHRD. Based on the performance of candidates in GD/PI and based on their profile which includes their educational background and work-experience, candidates will be selected for the program.
One candidate can apply to multiple programs, but will have to appear for GD/PI only once.
