PROGRAMS OFFERED
PGDM Program
This full-time two year residential programme trains students to become effective managers and high-level decision makers with a broad strategic vision.
PGDCM Program
This is a full-time two year residential Programme similar to PGDM with an additional emphasis on use of Information Technology (IT) in management.
PGPEX Program
This one year residential program is targeted at executives with potential for top management positions. Emphasis is on developing team-building, communication and leadership skills.
PGPEX-VLMP Program
This is a one year residential Joint Diploma Program of IIM Calcutta, IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras meant for promising engineers drawn from the manufacturing sector
Eligibility for admission to PGDM and PGDCM programmes
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)1 categories], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
A candidate who is appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification, if selected, will be allowed to join the programme provisionally only if he/she submits a certificate latest by June 30, 2010 from the Principal/Registrar of his/her college/institute.
